Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.

How to return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@beyond-bounds.nl. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request cannot be accepted.

Condition of the product

We ask that you handle the product with care and return it, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories supplied. You are permitted to unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than was reasonably necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Please therefore handle the product carefully and ensure it is well packaged when returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the matter.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Custom-made products with personal engravings or other personalised modifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Standard products from our collection, including sale items, are eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification to your original payment method, provided we have received the product in good order. Processing by your bank or credit card provider may take additional time.
